Please refer to ZZ-RP127628 Part A, ZZ-RP127628 Laundry Services [CQHHS] Part B ITO and ZZ-RP127628 Part C documentation for tender offerors to complete. This tender is for Laundry Services across five (5) Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service (CQHHS) facilities. They include (but are not limited to):*Baralaba Hospital*Eventide Home Rockhampton*Biloela Hospital *Gladstone Hospital *Moura HospitalCQHHS reserves the right to appoint individual Service Providers for each of the different facilities outlined in above if it is deemed to represent 'Best Value'. It would be advantageous but not a mandatory requirement for Offerors to have the capacity to service all CQHHS facilities outlined in the documentation. Suppliers are to complete ZZ-RP127628 Part C and return with all required documents as described.
