Description:
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Upgrade at Yugumbir State School, located at 163-189 Vansittart Road, Regents Park QLD 4118, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.The scope comprises an extension of the existing tuckshop, roof repitch and replacement, associated hydraulics, electrical, and structural works as well as the internal refurbishment and fit out to including new finishes, stainless steel benches, and kitchen equipment etc. The building is located centrally within the school site.All works are to be completed by June 2025.Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1MPlease contact Shay Lister - Project Manager on shay@honeywill.com.au with your company details and tender documentation will be emailed to contractors.
