- The Principal has issued this Invitation to Offer with the objectives of:Establishing a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) primarily for the procurement of equipment funded through the Sustaining Capital Program - Equipment Replacement (SCP-ER), formerly the Health Technology Equipment Replacement Program (HTER), the Capacity Expansion Program (CEP), and other Health Infrastructure Queensland (HIQ) projects.Over the next five years, based on projected capacity growth and the need to replace ageing equipment, demand for these programs is estimated to include:o Up to 105 Fixed Digital Radiography (DR) systems.o Up to 126 Mobile DR systems.Please note: These figures are indicative only and do not constitute a confirmed purchase commitment. They are subject to change.The scope of the Standing Offer Arrangement includes:o Fixed DR Equipment.o Mobile DR Equipment.o Delivery, installation and all associated set up costs.o Ongoing servicing and maintenance.For clarity, this iteration of the SOA no longer includes the following subcategories:o Mobile Computer Radiography (CR) Equipment.o Mobile Fluoroscopic Equipment.The successful Offeror is required to work collaboratively with the Eligible Customer.
