Westport Seeks To Appoint A Technical Advisor (Ta) For The Marine And Ports Program To Develop Reference Designs And Associated Deliverables To Enable Westport To Submit State, Strategic Asset Management Framework (Samf) Compliant Project Definition Plans (Pdp); And Commonwealth Department Of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development, Communications And The Arts (Ditrdca) Compliant Project Proposal Reports (Ppr).The Ta Consultant Will Play A Critical Role In Supporting Westport To Prepare The Samf Pdp And Ditrdca Ppr Submissions. The Ta Consultant Will Review The Preceding Stage 3 Business Case Design And Outputs And Progress Designs Sufficiently To Deliver An Aace Class 3 Compliant Probabilistic Cost Estimate, A Further Defined Construction Schedule And A Risk Treatment Action Plan. To Achieve This, The Ta Consultant Must Design And Model The Infrastructure And Operating Systems To Inform Economic And Supply Chain Updates, Sustainability And Environmental Assessments And Capital Works Investment Decisions.
