Description:
The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for delivery a roof replacement for Block P at Wavell State High SchoolThe tender includes the Design and Construct of a new roof for Block P including supply and install of new roof sheeting to the building and walkway, gutters (incl. custom sized box gutter), downpipes, flashings (incl. dry pan flashing) and reinstatement of water damaged walls and ceilings. This tender is for a principal contractor to take on the entire scope of works which also includes the design responsibility for all works. The contractor must possess the appropriate licencing and insurances, as listed below, to perform the D&C works.
