The Western Australian (Wa) Government Has Announced An Investment To Boost The Capability Of The Public Sector Through A Focused Learning Initiative To Meet The Evolving Needs Of The Sector.The Wa Public Sector Learning Initiative (‘Program-) Is For The State-S 35,000 Non-Frontline Public Sector Employees (‘Learners-) In 57 Public Sector Agencies (‘Participating Agencies-).The Program Aims To Deliver Centralised And Consistent Learning Across The Wa Public Sector That Is Agency Agnostic, And Build A One Sector Approach To Skills Development And Learning. When Fully Operational, It Is Proposed To Deliver Around 120 Courses Covering The Large Range Of Skills And Functions Required Of A Modern Public Sector.The Public Sector Commission (‘Customer-) Is Leading The Program And Is Aiming For The First Tranche Of Courses To Be Available To Learners By Late 2025. The Customer Is Seeking To Contract, Through A Commercial Arrangement, A Learning Services Partner (‘Contractor-) With Experience Driving Large Scale Change In A Public Sector Context; And Developing, Delivering And Maintaining Significant Learning Programs.
