Description:
The Department Of Health Is Seeking Qualified Consultants To Perform Building Condition Audits (Bcas) Across A Selection Of Wa Health Hospital Sites. This Initiative Will Support Future Funding Requests To Address Identified Issues And Ensure The Continued Safety And Functionality Of Healthcare Facilities. The Department Of Health&Rsquo;S Intention Is To Conduct Bcas Across All Of Its Hospital Sites. Once Pricing For Each Site Is Known A Prioritised List Will Be Determined Based On The Current Available Budget. This Prioritised List Of Sites Will Form The Initial Contract Award.. Additional Sites May Be Added At Future Date If Additional Funding Becomes Available. This May Be Undertaken By Way Of A Variation To The Original Award, With All Terms And Conditions Remaining In Place, Or A New Procurement Process. Tenderers May Submit A Price For Some Or All Sites. The Sites To Be Priced For An Audit Are Tertiary, Regional, General, Specialist, District And Small Hospitals, In Metro, Regional And Remote Areas.These Audits Are A Priority For The Department And All Selected Audits Are Expected To Be Completed By End Of Q3 2025.
