University of Tasmania (UTAS) Stadium Redevelopment Project Main Works Package
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to seek a head contractor to undertake major works at the University of Tasmania (UTAS) Stadium, including: Demolition of existing Function Centre Partial Demolition of existing Eastern Stand and Western Stand Refurbishment of existing Eastern Stand Roof Construction of new Centre West Stand, Western Stand seating infill, Southeast Entry Plaza and Eastern Stand seating bowl and amenities.
Prequalification : Only Contractors prequalified with the National Prequalification System for Non-residential Building are eligible to tender. Tenderers must be prequalified the category of 'Design and Construction' to a value equal to or greater than the tendered price.
