- The ART conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth laws. We review decisions made by Australian Government Ministers, Departments, and Agencies and, in limited circumstances, decisions made by state government and non-government bodies. The ART consists of approximately 1300 staff and members. Staff are employees of the Australian Public Service and members, who hear and decide cases, are statutory office holders. The ART is seeking an Australian based organisation with the capacity to provide certified and professional Uniformed Security Guard Services in ART Registries located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Canberra. For information on each state and territories' licensing requirements, please refer to Security Licensing A regular on-site uniformed security guard will be engaged in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra on a full-time basis (8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm, Monday to Friday). Additional uniformed security guards may be needed from time to time (occasionally at short notice) at one of the locations listed above.
