Description:
Toowoomba Regional Council proudly owns and operates the iconic program of events known as Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) which celebrates springtime in the region. From 2025 the new strategy includes multiple key events (all with ticketing components) which span across four weekends.Toowoomba Carnival of Flower-s strategic goal for the future is to provide visitors and locals with various opportunities to discover new parks, places, flavours and foods via on trend, highly entertaining, diverse events. These events will support local business, and provide a strong economic return to Council.The offeror will be required to event manage multiple events across four (4) weekends during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Offerors are also welcome to apply to manage singular events or all four events.
