• Toowoomba Regional Council (Council) is seeking tenders from suitably experienced manufacturers/providers/integrators for the servicing and maintenance of their Tridium Niagara Vykon (N4) Building Management System (BMS). This contract may form part of an extended contract term with the option to become sole supplier.Council is committed to reducing its environmental impact, in particular reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. The primary aim of this project is to provide sustainable comfort conditions for building occupants, whilst reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions from major buildings, HVAC systems and relevant power generated assets through more efficient control mechanisms.The contractor shall:• Maintain BMS to ensure continuity of operation• Provide necessary training and operating manuals in the operation of the BMS for Council staff and selected contractors• Locate and identify all connected points and list these on the BMS attached to the applicable building, as well as provide an electronic list to Council for all sites and update annually• Provide advice and recommendations for upgrades and improvements• Maintain associated equipment such as controllers, sensors, display screens• Review all operations manuals for accuracy annually• Assist with interfacing the BMS to building security, fire alarm systems and CCTV as required• Provide competitive pricing on project, upgrade and capital replacement works as nominated by Council...
