Description:
The objective of this consultancy is to establish a three-year standing contract for the delivery of surveys over the time of the contract. The three-year contract would include options to extend for a further three years. Under the standing contract, the Respondent will be expected to do the following for each survey : Recruit and manage a sample of consumers to participate in a survey Code, pilot test, and host the survey Quality assure and provide de-identified survey data securely to FSANZ. For some surveys, the Respondent may be asked to conduct cognitive interviews to test survey comprehension and flow prior to piloting. This capability is desirable only. The preferred Respondent will not be required to design the surveys, create visual stimuli, conduct data analysis, or provide a report on the survey results. The standing contract will not specify a minimum or maximum number of surveys. However, as a guide, the CIT will be run annually in the first half of each calendar year and FSANZ anticipates between one to four additional surveys per year. The actual number of additional surveys may be higher or lower than this estimate. FSANZ will not be obligated to conduct surveys through the standing contract where a requirement cannot be met by the preferred respondent or the provided quote does not represent value for money relative to the quotes provided in response to this RFQ.
