The Treasury Complex Repurposed - Expression of Interest
In November 2024 the Tasmanian Government announced its intention to seek opportunities to repurpose the Treasury Building Complex at 21 Murray Street, Hobart.Following successful completion of the Registration of Interest phase, which concluded in June 2025, the process will now progress to the next phase, being an Expression of Interest (EOI).As part of the EOI phase, a Data Room has been established to provide access to project specific information. Prior to accessing the Data Room, Proponents will be required to execute and return a Confidentiality Deed.
