Construction of the new StateSquare Building will be completed in mid-2026.Located in State Square Precinct in the heart of Darwin-s civic and cultural precinct, the StateSquare Building is within proximity to the CBD, Waterfront, and key government, commercial,cultural and tourism infrastructure.The Northern Territory Government seeks potential proponents that can demonstrate a clearvision for activating the space in a way that supports local jobs, enhances community engagement, and strengthens social, cultural or economic outcomes across the Territory.Proponents are encouraged to consider a wide range of potential uses and delivery models,provided they align with the strategic intent of the site and demonstrate a clear valueproposition for the Northern Territory.Interested parties are encouraged to consider a wide range of potential uses.
