Description:
The contract is for the repairs and maintenance of refrigerated and evaporative air conditioners within the Alice Springs Region for a period of 36 months.In addition to providing scheduled and responsive maintenance services within the urban footprint, this contract will also serve as a contingency resource to support remote locations when the designated remote Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) contractor is at full capacity.The works include, but are not limited to:• Routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and repairs of refrigerated and evaporative air conditioning systems.• Emergency callouts and breakdown response.• Supply and replacement of parts and consumables as required to maintain operational performance.• Provision of skilled labour, equipment, and materials necessary to carry out the works in compliance with NT Government standards and relevant regulations.The contractor will be required to ensure timely response, maintain service quality, and coordinate effectively with both the Principal and remote R&M service providers to minimise disruption to critical infrastructure and community facilities.
