About Burnett Heads Holiday Park Burnett Heads is situated at Lot 213 on CK2738 known as 2 Paul Mittelheuser Street, Burnett Heads. Burnett Heads is in close proximity to cafes, parks and the ocean. The proposed road closure will increase the size of the holiday park which provides an opportunities for the incoming successful Respondent to expand and improve the park. Burnett Heads offers the perfect small village pace for relaxation while being in the central Bundaberg region which allows visitors to the park to take advantage of all the region has to offer. About Miara Holiday Park Miara is located on Lot 163 and 192 on CK2847 known as 1200 Miara Road, Miara. Miara is a stunning riverfront location nestled on the banks of the Kolan River adjacent to the ocean. A popular fishing spot with secluded beaches, bush and parkland, Miara offers a family friendly fishing village atmosphere. Miara Holiday Park is located just 45 kilometres north of Bundaberg's city centre. Council-s objectives under this trustee lease arrangement is to ensure delivery of modern and professional services capable of meeting and balancing the needs of all stakeholders.
