Description:
Bundaberg Regional Council (‘Council-) operates several water and wastewater facilities across the Bundaberg region. All facilities operate under strict environmental, health and safety legislation and licences. There are several water treatment chemicals that are critical to the safe and effective operation of these facilities.Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of Aluminium Chlorohydrate (‘ACH-) as outlined in Non-Returnable Schedule 1 - Scope and Specification.No guarantee is given or implied regarding the quantity of ACH to be supplied or the timing of deliveries. The quantities provided in Non-Returnable Schedule 1 - Scope and Specification are intended to be a guide only. This invitation is not limited to the facility listed and future facilities might be added to the tender and negotiated prices for these facilities must be comparable to prices provide in this tender.Transportation and delivery of chemicals shall be in accordance with all relevant codes and legislation.Pricing is to be on a schedule of rates basis and include delivery / unloading to the nominated sites.The period of the supply contract will be until August 2026, with a 1 x 2-year extension period option.Council will utilise its standard Goods contract for this arrangement. A copy of which can be found at Appendix A herein. Any departures are to be listed in Returnable Schedule 10.
