- Bundaberg Regional Council (Council) uses Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras across the region. These cameras operate 24/7, serving multiple purposes including:• Ensuring security of Council facilities, assets, and staff.• Monitoring compliance with regulations and community behaviour at Council facilities.• Providing real-time and recorded footage to the Queensland Police Service for incident response.The CCTV fleet comprises of over 600 surveillance cameras, currently supported by internal staff within Information Services.Council is seeking a strategic partnership with an experienced and qualified supplier to provide CCTV services throughout the Council region. Services required may include, but are not limited to:• System support and preventative maintenance• Troubleshooting and repairs• Replacement of existing cameras and associated hardware• Supply of system software and/or licenses• New installations• Provision of advice and recommendations for new cameras, system design and/or upgrades• System training to Council staff on system operation and management• Maintenance of documentation, including asset information, warranties and maintenance details.Interested parties are required to submit their proposals via the provided Returnable Schedules, along with any additional supporting information deemed relevant. All submissions must be comprehensive, addressing each aspect of the tender requirements in detail.
