Description:
This Tender is for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of an Irrigation System for Kele Park.The overriding document for all works is the RRC Irrigation Assets Specification Manual RRC-CS-IA-01 Rev BThe system may include (but is not limited to) the supply and installation of the following:• New Colourbond pump shed with concrete base and footings.• New electrical sub-board with power run from a nearby switchboard.• Two new Lowara SV46-04 pump units, complete with VF drive and base.• Fertilizer dosing pump - 60 lph @ 10 bar.• New 200,000 litre tank, mounted on a concrete base.• New 100mm Bermad tank fill valve.• Two new poly pipe PN 12.5 Suction pipes.• New water meter and master valve to each pump.• Disconnect the pipework from the existing RPZ device, and install a new poly mainline from the existing device to the new tank.• All isolation, non-return valves.• Underground irrigation mainline and fittings to connect to the existing mainline.• Installation of a 2.1 metre high black squashed top security fence to be installed around the new pump shed and tank complete with a 2.1metre wide gate.• Underground irrigation mainline and fittings.• Solenoid valves installed in valve boxes.• Underground lateral pipes and sprinklers.• QC and air valves in valve boxes.• All trenches are to be finished with Winter Green Couch.
