Description:
The Procurement Is For The Hire Of Temporary Site Amenities To Be Placed At Three (3) Parking Locations In Murdoch And North Lake, Wa. A Self-Contained, Fit-For-Purpose Transportable Will Be Provided For Each Of The Three (3) Parking Sites To Serve The Parking Officers Stationed At These Sites. The Units Must Enable The Parking Officers To Carry Out Their Duties Effectively In A Secure, Hygienic, And Weather-Protected Environment That Meets Regulatory Standards And Duty Of Care Expectations.Scope Of Works Inclusions:Establishing A Hire Arrangement For An Initial Term Of 18 Months Or A Lesser Term As Agreed To By Both Parties.Supply Of All Required Components, Including Transport, Delivery, Setup, And Commissioning Of Units At Three (3) Designated Sites (Total Is Three Units)Provision Of Ongoing Maintenance And Waste Servicing In Line With Health And Safety Standardsall Project Coordination, Including Liaison With Key Stakeholders As Required For Access, Installation Timing, And Issue Resolution.Collection And Return Of The Units At The Term Of The Contract.The Procurement Arrangement Will Include A Monthly Lease Fee That Could Encompass Equipment Provision, Mobilisation, Routine Maintenance, Replacement, And Demobilisation As Required To Ensure Continuous Functionality And Service Quality Or Could Be Itemised Separately.All Submissions To This Rfq Will Be Assessed Against The Following Qualitative Criteria:Organisational Capability And Capacity Demonstrated Experience Proposed Methodology And Service Continuity
