Description:
The Pta Require A Suitably Qualified Consultant To Provide Naval Architecture And Marine Engineering Services Throughout The Design And Delivery Of The First Five Electric Passenger Vessels. It Is Anticipated These Services Will Be Required At Maximum 24-Hours A Week, However, May Vary Throughout The Delivery Of The Contract. Should Additional Hours Be Needed An Estimate Will Be Submitted To The Ptas Representative For Approval Prior To Work Being Complete. To Support This Delivery Of This Project, The Pta Are Seeking A Suitably Qualified Consultant To Provide Technical Advice And Support In The Design, Delivery And Initial Operations Of The New Electric Passenger Vessels.Upon The Vessel Contract Initiation It Is Anticipated The Consultant Will Work With The Pta, Successful Vessel Contractor, Amsa And Classification Society To Clarify The Equivalent Rules Which May Apply To This Vessel Construction And Set A Pathway Forward For To Ensure Compliance, Safety And A Fit-For-Purpose Solution Is Realised Early In The Process.
