The City of West Torrens (the Council) invites Tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of the Tapleys Hill Road Bikeway between Africaine Road and the West Beach Golf Course access point.Please refer to tender documents for further details.Note: Compliance with the Council's online tool for managing contractors' Work Health and Safety (WHS) systems is a mandatory requirement.
