- Contract No. T25022 - Demolition Works for 9 Scott Grove & Chris Gahan CentreTenders are invited for the demolition of a residential single storey house at 9 Scott Grove, Glen Iris and a community centre located at the Chris Gahan Senior Citizen Centre, Prahran.The City of Stonnington (Council) invites qualified interested parties to review these Tender Documents and submit a bid to provide demolition Services to Council in accordance with the conditions and processes set out in the Tender documentation pack.The Services for which Council is inviting qualified Interested Parties to submit a tender are: • Demolition of a single storey residential house at 9 Scott Grove which including removal of existing structures, sheds, garage, blockwork, carport, concrete driveway, abandoned vehicle as mentioned in the demolition plan. Council is also seeking pricing on a few items it has yet to make a determination on.• Demolition of a single storey community centre, Chris Gahan Senior Citizen Centre in Prahran including the decommissioning of kitchen equipment to be relocated to Prahran Town Hall.• The contractor is to allow for complete site security/safety in accordance with the requirements of Council Building Surveyor.
