- SCOPE AND REQUIREMENTS OF THIS TENDER Georges River Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a mechanical upgrade and asbestos removal works at Hurstville House (34 MacMahon Street, Hurstville). The premises is a five (5) storey commercial building comprising of a basement carpark, retail shops on ground level, offices spaces across levels and associated plant rooms located on the roof.
