- Mareeba Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified respondents for replacement of sewer infrastructure onLloyd Street and surrounding streets. The Lloyd Street sewer main was damage following the Tropical Cyclone Jasper,associated rainfall and flooding, 13-28 December 2023 weather event. Works includes but is not limited to:1) Supply, delivery and installation complete of the sewer gravity pipework nominated within the drawings;2) Supply, delivery and installation complete of the maintenance holes (MH) as nominated within the drawings;3) Supply, delivery and installation complete of the SRM pipework nominated within the drawings4) Supply, delivery and installation complete of the FRP sewage pump station and associated works asnominated within the drawings;5) Supply, delivery and installation complete of the reinforced concrete sewage pump station and associatedworks as nominated within the drawings;6) Survey for setout purposes based on setout tables provided within the drawings. Offsets to the pipelinealignment will need to be maintained throughout construction for inspection purposes; and7) Preparation and application of relevant management plans as nominated within this specification includingbut not limited to Erosion and Sediment Control, Traffic Management.The scope of services is described in more detail in Part 4 - Contract.
