Description:
The scope of works for clinical, allied health and ancillary services under the Home Care Package/Support at Home program will encompass a broad range of multidisciplinary services designed to help individuals maintain or improve their functional independence. These services may include nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and podiatry, among others, and will be provided based on individual needs assessments. They may also include ancillary services, for example domestic assistance, personal care, respite care, delivered meals and the like. All service providers will be required to adhere to their industry standard compliance requirements, Aged Care industry legislated compliance requirements and the Aged Care Quality Standards / Strengthened Standards.
