- The Department Of Justice (The Customer) Conducts Drug Testing Of Prisoners And Young People In Custody In Accordance With The Prison Act 1981 And The Young Offenders Act 1994. The Department Requires:A Continuous Supply Of Self-Contained Urine Testing Cups Which Are Capable Of Providing An &Lsquo;Instant&Rsquo; (Within 10 Minutes) Presumptive Result, Which Can Be Split Into Two (2) Separate Samples To Be Tested At A Laboratory If A Positive Result Is Indicated; Anda Continuous Supply Of Self-Contained Instant Oral Fluid Kits.The Head Agreement Established By This Request Will Constitute A Standing Offer Whereby The Customer Can Request These Services On An &Lsquo;As Required&Rsquo; Basis During The Term Of The Head Agreement.
