Description:
Supply of consultancy services for the Review of the Tasmanian Water and Sewerage Corporation's Capital Expenditure
The Regulator is seeking the services of a consultant to undertake a detailed review of TasWater's actual, budgeted and forecast capital expenditure for regulated water and sewerage services provided in Tasmania and provide written reports and advice to the Regulator and the Office of the Tasmanian Economic Regulator (OTTER) as required.
This review will run separately but in conjunction with the Regulator's review of TasWater's operating expenditure and, together, the outcomes from the reviews will inform the Regulator's assessment of TasWater's costs and the subsequent determination of prices for regulated water and sewerage services for the regulatory period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2030 inclusive.
