The Public Transport Authority (Pta) Is Undertaking This Procurement As Part Of A Broader Transformation Program To Replace Its Legacy Erp System, Which Is No Longer Fit For Purpose Due To Age, Complexity And Extensive Customisation. The Current System Landscape Is Fragmented And Heavily Reliant On Manual Processes, Limiting The Pta&Rsquo;S Ability To Operate Efficiently, Scale Effectively, And Use Reliable, Integrated Data For Decision Making.The Pta Is Seeking To Engage A Suitably Experienced Supplier To Deliver A Modern, Unified And Extendable Erp Solution. The Scope Includes The Supply Of Software (Licensed Or Saas), Implementation Services And Ongoing Support, Including Managed Services.The Erp Solution Must Support Core Functions, Including:Finance And Accountingbudgeting And Planningprocurement And Contract Managementsupply Chain, Inventory And Warehousing.The Solution Should Also Be Capable Of Supporting Future Expansion, Including The Potential Implementation Of Additional Modules Covering Functionality For:Enterprise Asset Management (Eam)Human Capital Management (Hcm), Including Rostering.Alternative Delivery Approaches May Be Considered Where They Provide Value To The Pta.
