Description:
Armidale Regional Council invites tenders for the supply and delivery of one (1) Quad Axle Low Loader to the specifications set out in Part B. The Low Loader and all of its equipment must comply with all of the requirements of such applicable Statutory Authorities as the NSW Work Cover Authority, Roads and Maritime Authority and Australian Standards.The contract is a lump sum contract and is not subject to rise and fall.Supplier to register on behalf of Council to 4th March 2026 (Common Expiry Date) for plant garaged at the Armidale Depot. Council will supply Green slips, Registration Concession Forms and Stamp Duty Exempting Forms.Price quoted is to be firm for the date of delivery and to include delivery to Armidale.
