Description:
Richmond Valley Council (RVC) is seeking to replace an aging low-loader in the current RVC Fleet. The current configuration Low Loader is an 4X4 Full Widening trailer with a GVM rating of 57,000 Kg. RVC envisages the replacement Low Loader will be a quad-axle Deck Widening Low Loader with a GVM rating of approximately 40,000 Kg (or greater) due to a change in requirements since the current unit was procured.
