Description:
Supply and Deliver to Warren, the following Pump & Engine Assemblies and Accessories:Total number of pumps will be determined by the supplied pump flow rate. Total flow rate required is 1300l/s with 7m suction lift and 25m delivery head. As an example;- If the pump you are offering is capable of 26l/s, 1300 / 26 =50 pump units.- If the pump you are offering is capable of 35 l/s, 1300 / 35 = 38 pump units.Each Assembly to contain;PUMP:Trash Pump.Self-Priming.Minimum 100mm Suction & Discharge diameter.Minimum 7m Suction Lift.Minimum 20m Discharge Head; andMinimum flow 1500 Litres/Minute. Preferred flow 1800 litres/Minute. Maximum flow 2100 Litres/Minute.Female Camlok fitting on pump suction.Male Camlok fitting on pump discharge.No plastic Camlok fittings to be utilised. Aluminium, Bronze or Stainless Steel only.Engine:4 Stroke, air cooled diesel.Electric start, complete with fitted battery.Minimum 8 hours fuel capacity at 100% duty.DSE 3110 or approved equivalent, Engine Controller; andThe Engine controller must start and stop the pump via a 2-wire float ball.Hoses and Fittings:6m Heavy-duty, UV Resistant, reinforced suction hose fitted with a one-piece Metalic suction strainer and Male Camlok.2 x 10m Heavy duty, UV Resistant lay flat hose fitted with a Female and Male Camlok; andHose clamps to be heavy duty Bolted SS.
