Description:
The Kemitraan Indonesia Australia untuk Infrastruktur (KIAT), or Indonesia Australia Partnership for Infrastructure (2017-2026), is a partnership between the Government of Indonesia (GOI) and the Government of Australia (GOA) to support sustainable and inclusive economic growth through improved access to infrastructure for all. KIAT Phase 1 ran from February 2016 to 30 June 2021 and was extended to 30 June 2022 due to COVID-19 and to allow for a Mid-Term Review (MTR). Phase 2 runs from 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2026. Approaching the final implementation year of KIAT Phase 2, a Strategic Evaluation of KIAT is required to help DFAT to generate credible evidence and analysis to assess KIAT-s performance, draw out strategic lesson learned and good practices, and provide recommendations to inform Australia-s development program in Indonesia. The Strategic Evaluation will draw on but remain independent from the KIAT-s Mid-Term Review and KIAT-led assessments from Phase 2.
