IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW - PLEASE READ IN FULL.Barcoo Shire is in far west central Queensland with the Stonehenge township in its north-east. Stonehenge is located approximately 150 km south-west of Longreach and 170 km north-east of Windorah. Please note the town of STONEHENGE RELATING TO THIS PROJECT IS NOT THE LOCALITY NEAR TOOWOMBA, BUT IS IN FAR WESTERN CENTRAL OUTBACK QUEENSLAND.Barcoo Shire Council owns and leases the Stonehenge Caravan Park. Council intends to replace the aging amenities/ablution facility at the Stonehenge Caravan Park. Council has determined that the best value for money for this project could be obtained through a transportable modular building approach rather than building in situ. Council seeks quotes and submissions for the design, construction, transportation and demolition of the old facility and full establishment of a new facility at the site in accordance with the attached documentation incorporating a FULL TURNKEY SOLUTION. ALL elements as outlined in the attached 'Tender Scope and Submission Requirements' document - items 1 - 49. Companies quoting must be able to commit to supplying all these items for the submission to be acceptable to Council. Companies quoting are to supply and attach all information as requested.Practical Completion for this project is scheduled for no later than 30 November 2025, which will be reflected in the contract for the work, based on the contract being fully executed by no later than 31 March 2025.
