Description:
Suppliers are invited by the Library Board of Queensland (the Principal) trading as the State Library of Queensland (State Library) to submit an offer under ITO No. SLQ 014/2025 for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for Provision of Library Resources for delivery to the Principal-s Sites (as the Customer) in accordance with the specifications. The SOA will be open for the use by other Eligible Customers (if any).The SOA is for supply of physical published book and non-book material, including materials in Languages other than English (LOTE) to support both State Library reference and research services, and the Public Libraries functions, and will exclude other resources as specified within the SOA.These physical published book and non-book materials comprise a wide range of Library Resource types (Goods) to be supplied under the SOA as:(1) - General resources: books, DVDs, serials, kits, and other physical materials published for a mainstream audience.(2) - Adaptive format books: fiction and non-fiction titles produced as large type, audiobooks, and other physical book technologies that are often printed on demand or imported from specialised producers.(3) - Community languages (LOTE): materials in all formats that are written in languages other than English (LOTE) and often require importing from international publishers.The "Essential requirements" and "Mandatory requirements" are specified in Part A: Invitation to Offer (ITO) SOA document.The Principa...
