- This Approach to Market (ATM) is for the establishment of a Standing Offer Arrangement for the provision of subsidised Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services. The services will be made available to eligible parties engaged in resolving disputes through ADR processes such as mediation, conciliation, conferencing, case appraisal, neutral evaluation, or arbitration. The objective of this arrangement is to support small businesses in dispute with other businesses or government agencies to resolve disputes efficiently and constructively, without the need to pursue litigation through the courts. By providing access to subsidised ADR services, ASBFEO aims to enhance the capacity of small businesses to reach fair and timely resolutions.
