Description:
The Department Of Finance (The Department) Is Seeking To Establish A Works Consultancy Services Panel (Wcs2024nr1) For Non-Residential Engineering And Building Related Services.The Standing Offer Will Assist Eligible Customers To Procure A Range Of Consultancy Services To Support The Delivery, Management And Maintenance Of Critical Public Infrastructure Projects Including Schools, Hospitals, Stadiums And Other Public Amenities.The Standing Offer Is Non-Mandatory For Eligible Customers. The Estimated Panel Term Is Up To 10 Years, With An Initial Standing Offer Term Of 4 Years. There Will Be 3 X 2 Year Options To Extend The Standing Offer Term, At The Discretion Of The Department.The Department Intends To Commence The New Arrangement Immediately Following The Expiry Of Panel Ebs2014.This Tender Has Formerly Been Referred To As Cuawcs20231a And More Recently Through The Draft For Comment As Cuawcs2024nr1.
