- The Principal has issued this ITO with the objectives of: Identifying, select and contracting highly qualified and experienced medical specialists and allied health providers to support accurate and timely claim assessments to support the claims process. The scope includes the engagement of services from the following medical and allied health professions: - Independent Medical Examiners - Medical and Allied Health providers - Dentists - Radiologists - Neuropsychologists - Pharmacists - Haematologists- Medical Oncologists; - Infectious Diseases Physicians; and - Toxicologists The following service items are considered out of scope: - Treatment services - Services provided under the existing Return to Work Services, Audiology, or Legal Services provider panels. The Principal is looking: - To ensure the availability of qualified medical specialists and allied health providers to provide independent expert assessments and opinions. - To establish a transparent and efficient procurement process to establish a fit-for-purpose panel of medical specialists and allied health providers. - To comply with relevant procurement policies and regulations
