- The Customer is seeking supplier(s) to deliver Specialist Support Services - Assessments that enhance workplace accessibility and inclusion for staff with disability. Suppliers are expected to propose a tailored service model that responds to the Agency-s goals and desired outcomes in a meaningful and effective way. Suppliers are not required to cater to all disability groupings or disciplines. However, proposals must clearly specify which disability groupings the supplier is equipped to support. NDIA-s workforce includes individuals with intellectual, neurodivergent, cognitive, psychosocial, neurological, vision, hearing, and physical disabilities — including co-existing conditions.
