South Metropolitan Health Service Requires The Provision Of An External Consultant To Produce The Smhs Multicultural Action Plan (Mcap) 2025-2029. The Consultant Will:Gather, Analyse, And Document Information To Support The Identification Of The Culturally And Linguistically Diverse Members Of The Smhs Community Including Staff And Consumers.Identify And Co-Ordinate The Recruitment Of Relevant Staff, Consumer And Community Network Representatives That Should Be Engaged To Participate In The Development Of The Smhs Mcap.Plan, Facilitate And Evaluate Engagement Workshops And Activities With Stakeholders Including Staff Members, Community Networks And Organisations And Consumers.Develop The Smhs Mcap Aligned With The Wa Multicultural Policy Framework And Informed By Stakeholder Engagement Activities That Will Include The Following Essential Elements:Goalsactionsdeliverables And Proposed Outcomesresponsibilitiestimeframesmonitoring And Evaluation Framework To Measure The Impact Of The Smhs Mcap To Include Specific Metrics For Each Priority Area To Assess Progress.Create A Plan For The Communication Of Ongoing Project Information, Launch, Implementation, And Promotion Of The Smhs Mcap.
