The Queensland Police Service (QPS) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) panel of System Integrator (SI) suppliers specialising in the design, development, and support of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. The services to be sourced include, but are not limited to: • Transcription, • Sentiment analysis, • Entity recognition, and content summarisation. Integration with pre-existing systems—spanning various data formats and infrastructures—will be pivotal, with an emphasis on utilising established APIs, codecs, and file formats.
