The University Will Be Seeking To Appoint A Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractor Who Can Clearly Demonstrate Alignment With The Project&Rsquo;S Deliverables, Overarching Vision, And Value-For-Money Outcomes. This Appointment Will Be Conducted Through 2 Separate Request For Tenders (Rft&Rsquo;S), Utilising Our Eprocure Tendering Software And Associated Documentation.We Are Planning To Release These Opportunities As Outlined Below:Tender 1 - Building 8Proposed Key Dates:Tender Release Date &Ndash; Late June/Early July 2025Tender Close Date &Ndash; Late July 2025Award Date &Ndash; August 2025Construction Start Date &Ndash; August 2025Practical Completion &Ndash; April 2026Key Information:Scope &Ndash; Construction & Refurbishment Works.
