The Department Of Transport Is Offering The Vessel For Sale On An "As Is Where Is" Basis With All Faults (If Any) And Has A Court Order To Sell Or Otherwise Dispose Of The Vessel, And All Offers Are Invited For The Purchase And Immediate Removal Of This Vessel As Described In The Attached Request For Tender.
