Description:
Tenders are invited for the establishment of a Supplier Arrangement for Concrete Construction across the Sunshine Coast local government area.This Supplier Arrangement will commence on 1 July 2025 and will be for an initial period of two (2) years, with the option of two (2) further 12 month extensions. Council is seeking to accept up to five Contractors for this Arrangement. In ScopeScope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of concrete pathways, bus stops, drainage, walls, fencing and pavement works. Services include the provision of all necessary labour, material supply, transport, service identification, waste disposal, plant and equipment including operators, signage, electronic systems and processes, office, and site facilities, as necessary for the complete performance of the works. Out of ScopeSigns, line-marking, electrical and streetlight installation, and tree planting will typically not form part of the works under this Arrangement. If part of the project, Council Officers will procure these services through other means. The Supplier Arrangement will be used mainly to deliver concrete footpaths, but a significant number of projects relating to kerb and channel renewals, stormwater pit replacements, new pedestrian crossings (raised priority and pedestrian refuges) and miscellaneous civil works will also be delivered through this Arrangement.
