Arrangement OverviewTenders are invited to establish a Supplier Arrangement for Services covering the following two (2) categories across various Council locations:(A) Streetscape and Parks Landscape Construction;(B) Open Space Shelters and Structures;The Arrangement will replace Council-s existing supplier arrangement SA207 Supplier Arrangement for Landscape, Open Space Structures, Boardwalks & Jetty Construction Works, which expires 30 April 2025. This new arrangement will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option of two (2) further twelve (12) month extensions at the discretion of Council.When determining whether to exercise any options to extend, consideration to Contractor-s past performance based on performance reviews, measured through the established Key Performance Indicators (KPI-s) will be appraised.This arrangement supports the delivery of mid-range projects with estimated contract values between $50,000 to $500,000. Successful Respondents will be engaged through a Request for Quote process for individual services, wherein site specific specifications will be issued.Inclusion onto this Supplier Arrangement does not provide a guarantee of supply during the term of this Arrangement.Council aims to encourage the development, growth and sustainability of the local economy within the Sunshine Coast local government area (LGA).
