Description:
Council is looking for suitably qualified contractors to provide mowing services for rural parks and roadside mowing within the Penrith LGA. This contract will be for an initial three (3) year period with the option by Council to extend for a further two (2) x one (1) year extension options.The following scope is to be carried out on behalf of Penrith City Council (PCC) for the express purpose of maintaining the minimum standard of natural elements of Rural Parks, Roads, Street Corners and Bus Stops. By undertaking these works, a primary aim is to provide an adequate sight distance for road users, a neat appearance to the road asset, parks and bushfire protection.A detailed scope of works outlining the tasks required and the frequency can be found in the attached tender document.
