Description:
The Department of Natural Resources and Mines and Regional and Rural Development, through the State Valuation Service is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide an electronic provision of the following service as at 1 October each year:• Improvements to Current Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development - Rural Cost Guide Update (2022-2023) via the electronic provision of the following service with relevant cost dates of 1 October 2024 and 1 October 2025. • Costs and input costs of all improvements/infrastructure contained on a rural property, covering but not limited to Water Improvements, Fencing, Yards, and Structures.• This request also includes various clearing developments, ranging from pasture development, broadacre farming, irrigation, having regard to various vegetation types.• These costs are to have regard to the various locations throughout Queensland.
