- The Tenderer is required to provide a lump sum price for the delivery of design documentation up to “Issue for Tender (IFT)” for the Riverine Park Precinct within Bayside Council (NSW). The Riverine Park Precinct Design is split into separable portions and at a high level will incorporate key elements such as:• Traffic Control Signals for a new intersection• Shared Path (Bicycle Pedestrian) Connections• Naturalising Spring Street Drainage Canal• Upgrading unsafe pedestrian bridge over Canal• Improving Wetland and marine habitats• Upgrading current roads to suit future sporting field/visitors intake• Establishing Overflow carpark within Sydney Airport PSAFor each separable portion, the Services under this Agreement include:• Site Investigations • Concept Design (including optioneering) • Community Consultation (to be undertaken by the Principal - Council)• Detailed Design • Issue for Tender (IFT documentation, fully co-ordinated) • Services Coordination and Approvals (utility authorities and others)• Environmental Approvals (including Review of Environmental Factors - REF)• Subconsultant coordination • Support to Principal with documentation for reporting requirements
