Description:
Bayside Council is seeking the services of a Specialist Consultant to develop “Preferred Developed Designs” for improvement works along the Lady Robinsons Foreshore in Precinct 2. The Study is to take the Concept Designs to a design level sufficient to inform a Class 4 cost estimate and complete the Class 4 estimate for the proposed works.A concept design has been developed for the precinct by MHL/Arup, in collaboration with Council. Building on the high level concept design, Bayside Council is seeking additional work to develop preferred designs for the purpose of improved cost certainty for funding applications, planning and environmental impact assessment inputs and community/stakeholder engagement including with First Nations. The outputs of this work will include detailed design/technical specifications taken to a design level sufficient to inform a Class 4 cost estimate. However, this detail will not be appropriate for tendering purposes.
