Description:
Council is seeking tenders from qualified and capable contractors for Construction of Alteration to Banyule Rethink Education Centre at the Rethink Centre at 307-325 Waterdale Road, Bellfield VIC 3081.The general scope of works will entail:• Accessibility upgrade;• Toilets upgrade;• Replacement of the existing lift;• Fire services upgrade;• Electrical services upgrade; and• Mechanical Services upgrade.In addition to the above, Contractors are to visit the site and make their own investigation and assessment of site conditions. Contractors will have the opportunity to visit the site with the Project Engineer present on Thursday, 27 February 2025 at 10:00am. Wearing of proper PPE (minimum of a high vis & safety boots) is mandatory for anyone visiting the operation centre; failure to do so will prevent access to the site.
